Personally, I think you should go ahead and write it, then submit it just like you outlined it. After it's rejected you can go to the Story Feedback Forum and post a rant about "First Amendment Rights" and how you are being trod upon by the establishment and all that rot.

Write your story. Just make sure everyone is over the age of 18. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, but so what? Nobody writes stories that appeal to everyone. A lot of stories appeal only to a small perverse group of readers. Again - So What?
