Opinions on foreign languages and accented English

What is everyone’s opinion on foreign language and accented English in a woman??? I am mainly talking to people attracted to women.

I used to work alongside a lot of east European people when I did some factory work. I swear I don't think an ugly Polish woman exists, everyone I met was quite attractive and hearing them speak broken English in their accent was very attractive too.
