Opinion: Which do you like better?

I'd like number 2 better if it didn't have the little blocks :(

1 is nice but it's kinda hmm...soft maybe?

I'm with the majority on this one, darlin'. #1 is off somehow, though technically it's a wonderful job. Somehow, though, it's... it's... too stony, too cold, too... black and white?

#2 is by far the better av, IMO.

odd ball as usual

I like #1. I like what is implied. I prefer subtlety.

Peace,

daughter

Number 1 looks yellowed, distant and faded.
Number 2 has much more clarity and depth..

I’d personally go with the second one.

2 is better than 1

Your existing av is an adorable standout, but I guess people will
change their avs about as often as their hair, & for pretty much the same reasons. I'll miss it.

Nuh Uh!

Just MY Opinion, But I Don't Like Either Of Them.

Could Be Cuz I'm Still Reeling Over That Other Av:D

I Wanna See One With The Two Of You In It! Get Together And Do That Will Ya!

Blushing Rose!
That Pic Is Makin' Me Crazy!

People change their avs?

People, people people:
This av isn't for Myst.
It's for Juspar.
Can't you read?

I'm sure Myst'll keep her ass-smacked darlin for awhile if only cuz we all like it so much.

if I hafta pick.....#1.....but really....neither sway me

heheh... it IS for Juspar. He doesn't know, he probably won't like either, but I had fun pieces them together. Both are statues of Cupid/Eros, because that's kind of how I see him in a twisted way at times. Anyway, thanks for all the feedback, it's MOST helpful. I'll be sure to ask more opinions, you guys rock.

cym, I like your av! I was looking at it for the longest time, waiting for something close to inspiration to hit me, and viola! If you want to know how the mind of this artist works: suddenly I was thinking of a quilited blanket overgrown with ivy vines. I went off to draw while the feeling was still lingering, and when I'm done, I'll send it on it's merry way down to CA.

I love you, Myst.
Honestly.
You're one of the most genuinely good people i've come across in a long time.

If i may go off topic:
Isn't the slipstream wonderful? Here we have the opportunity to meet people we never would have met in our entire lives. Via the net, we not only meet them, we get to know them, to know how they think, to value them as people - all without the prejudices we all hold in some measure that keep us from even beginning to get close to others.

I feel very sorry for people who only see the net as a tool. Besides leading narrow lives, they're missing the inherent gloriousness of the people-to-people interaction that makes this so much more than just the electronic equivalent of a hammer or a saw.

I don't like either as well. They just don't seem to fit Juspar for some reason. Sorry :(
