I was in the furniture store today and the salesman was trying to sell me something else besides the bunk beds I had just purchased.

As I was leaving, empty handed, in a sly little voice he said, "How about a bondage bed?" He then began chuckling loudly at the merit of his joke. The bed had a metal head board and foot board with spindles. Certainly, it looked like something that could be fun.

I turned and said, "Thanks. I have one already!"

So, do you think he sensed something about me?

Or so you think he was trying to shock or surprise me and found himself speechless?

Hmmmmm??????



I am waiting ot see if he calls me for a date!

I think that you sometimes can sense if people are into the BDSM lifestyle or not.

A while back I went to a kind of a costume party with a come friends, one of them is a guy that I've gotten along with pretty well. One of the other guests was dressed like Buffy in a short dress and a nice white shirt as well.

But, his chuckle wasn't a nervous silence or anything. Somehow, I sense something about him that says he isn't as naive as many around here. That isn't to say he is a Dom, but that perhaps he has more information than most

It's hard for me to describe. To me it seems like I can often sense different things like that about people. Or be able to connect different kinds of information that I pick up here and there, and have stored in my mind. I usually say I have kind of a sixth sense.

More on topic ... I think at rare times I can "sense" it, but usually I am so totally oblivious I only find out when either the conversation somehow drifts that way and I catch according remarks or tones of voice, when I ask, or when I go for a more intimate "test run" eventually.

i just wait... i put pieces together... soemtiems i take a guess that they'll be at least open to the mention of BDSM, sometimes i do i bring it up for shock value, other times i tiptoe, circling and circling until i'm almost sure - then i pounce.

a number of good friends of mine take an interest in bondage. a few, including my girl, go beyond bondage into BDSM. we were all friends in high school. we just hung around together. we've all tried to corrupt or shock each other mentioning our own kinks, ussually to find that no one is shocked. but simply fascinated to realise that we share similar fantasies. similar needs. similar experiences.

how most of us are BDSM, or at least bonage freaks in a big way is beyond me. but i think it's awesome.
