The time I told a psychiatrist to his face that I thought most psychiatrists were ineffective at best - and yes, I didn't know he as a psychiatrist; he was an MD too, and someone I really respected. I found out later that day that he was a psychiatrist, and no I didn't retract my statement (I still believe it), I just regretted being so blunt.
