Enters, grabs a cup of coffee and tidies up the Cafe....

Leaves fresh coffee brewing, tea and orange juice for all to enjoy as i grab a plate of pastries for myself...

My, oh my...it seems like ages since I've been cooking for everyone!

I shall have to recitfy that! Tomorrow's menu shall (hopefully) delight the senses and tickle the pallets of everyone who enters Blue Moon!

I've been a stranger here myself.
And the next few days
I'll be out of town
for Thanksgiving.

But I'll leave a big pitcher
of my special recipe for
Creamsicles here.

If you like them
you CAN try this at home.

In a blender, mix:
6 oz. gin
3 oz heavy cream (half and half will do)
----- and for a special treat substitute vanilla ice cream
6 oz triple sec (or equivalent)
3 oz maple syrup (or other sweetener)
1 oz vanilla extract
4 oz orange juice concentrate
1 cup ice

Blend it, then blend it some more
Pour it into large frosty glasses
And kiss tomorrow good-bye.

Tofu Turkey..bite your tongue TOG! Only the real thing was shoveled into my mouth..LoL..amongst all the other trimmings!

So, I have a kick ass menu coming out later on...This whole extended weekend has given me some new entrees for me to share!

LoL..I can wait for those temperatures. I have 15 days of school before 10 days off for the holiday vacation. Where am I going to be? Relaxing Upstate...making snow angels, forts, and most importantly... be in front of the fire...

Sounds like some great scenery then.....love the true winter colours especially during snow.....would love to experience it first hand someday......
