Also wanted to add that I'm inclined to agree with you Maid on the whole tickling issue...it is very much torture...unfortunately I claim hypocrisy on this issue because while I hate being tickled, I love being the tickler lol

Remind me to introduce you to Tib. He takes the greatest enjoyment from reducing me to a helpless, screaming, begging, pleading thing while he tickles me. *sigh* (I am beginning to think that's the only reason he is coming over for the holidays now. )

I'd say the cook's job is yours, Derek. Looking for some vegetarian dishes, too, please.

Why, as far as I am concerned, there is no such thing as "good" tickling -- and yes to the being ticklish in odd places at awkward times. (Or so I've heard )

Off subject -- was there one? --

One of my co-writers lives on his boat. Another friend of mine just bought one to live on as well. Is this a trend? Is it popular? Would you ever want to live onboard a boat -- houseboat or otherwise?

And on the boat situation, it would have to be a very large house boat for me to live on it...and there are quite a few over here on Lake Roosevelt that I wouldn't mind having for myself...would take some getting used to, but I have a definite affinity for water, so I wouldn't mind it.

Down in Florida my aunt and her boyfriend buy old houseboats/yachts, fix them up and sell them at a substantial profit, so I guess if you're in the right area, the market for them is fairly large.
