If not, it might be an idea to turn this "accidentally" placed thread into a "What was your latest Oops moment" kind of thread. After all… some people tend to learn from their mistakes, so why not from those of others.
As for those who'll never learn… Well, I guess they'll be posting the same thing over and over in here.
