Over at FictionAlley, you may use an AV immediately, but only one of the pre-made ones. You have to have a certain amount of posts before you're allowed better AV's.
You also get a new title every 10th post or something, which makes it much more interesting, as you're curious to see what you'll get next.

No, I don't think I would have used that one. Wearing lace up stilts, peeing on the floor, and having something hairy growing from the top of a vaginal cleft is not particularly attractive to me.
