Alright, I will put up what characters are posted so far, I have gottne PMs from a few more who will join, if you post a character PLEASE post all relevant details, and even some irrelevant details if you like.

Just a comment on combat, before any combat in the RP is initiated, PM me, as the resident GM-like-individual I will decide the outcome beforehand and then you can work out the details, I will be fair and realistic, and allow things to progress in a believable way that still allows the SRP to progress.

Here's my Character

Name:Keiran Selkan
Species: Human
Gender: male

Position: Padawan Learner
Weapon(s): 2 short lightsabers (blue) about 1'3" blades and one lightstaff (silver)

Appearance: Wears the traditional brown and off white, has a 2 foot long learners tail. His belt though, holds one long lightsaber normally concealed in the back. His sleaves are extra large.

Bio: Keiran followed his master to the outer rim to explore the unkwown regions. Only after a decade his master felt and recieved a distress call. They decided to head back. As a young child Keiran was very fond of building things, and maintaining a starship for self-sufficiency was as close to a dream he could get. He spent most of his life on that ship making sure it could run and he loved tweaking with it to get just that much more out of it. He was trained to use a normal lightsaber, but as his training progressed in the outer rim, he and his master spent time in the many different cultures of the outer rim. He found an interesting culture which weilded thick blades that could be used to block as well as attack. He adopted their fighting style and built his first pair of lightsabers on their design. The first pair failed to work consequently as it was too ambitious an attempt. Months later with the ship in prime condition and stuck in hyperspace, he finally got it to work. His training progressed with the tutelage of his master and a holocron, to a time where he felt his master slowly weakening in the force. At first he didn't understand until the day they were running through a jungle from the locals. He felt surges through the force and then the life of the forest and slow weakening of his master in the force. When he got into orbit with his master, he found his master dead. Driven with anger and grief he drove their ship down and killed the locals but after realizing what he did plotted a course for back to the Core, he set his way back following the holocron's instructions a possible jump to somewhere. Wherever looking for the Jedi Council.

Appearance: shoulder length red hair, blue eyes, 38b bust, tight black shirt covered by a leather jacket, is usally seen carrying 2 daggers. Has very strong ties with the dark side

Bio: Bridgette's mother died while giving birth and her father was a general with the republic fleet. She never had a home she just lived on military instalations with her father. At the age of 8 her father died as his unit was destroyed by a sith fleet. Bridgette was then forced to live on her own on the streets of Nar Shadda. She quickly became a skilled theif and fighter and found herself working for the exchange. She bounced from planet to planet all the whie feeling a deeper calling but ignoring it. It now seems as if her calling will find her.

Greetings.Most of you do not know me,for I do not post much on the thread and that is one thing I wish to address.Personally,I do not enjoy the current character I am playing,I do not see him going anywhere really,just a bunch of bloody battles. That is why I wish to address everyone.I was wondering if I might change my character,erase my old one and change to a different one,one that is more open ended,I mean we have a lot of jedi and force users,that is why I was thinking of changing and being more of a normal person...Either a high ranking member of a group that are rejected force users from the jedi council yet fight with them as their non jedi soldiers,play a high ranking officer in the army/plantary police force or play a man who is currently trying to use the troubles on our planet to rally the people into joining a cause for a revolution against the oppresive government,mostly a fight for freedom and equality for all races.Anyways...I wanted to address everyone and see what they think before I changed characters,if thats allowed.

If you want to change characters that is fine, but kill off your old one first. Just a note so you all understand, I am going to make it more prominent, but Maelus is making use of a perverting Sith artifact to control the planet, almost all of the populus supports him, and the government it his. This borders on outright mind control, but is more of a strong persuasive influence over everyone on the planet, and your characters should feel some of it's influence, if not be taken by it.

np, except yeah my character's not exactly jedi. Not that it makes a huge difference.

Now I wont say my char is not going to be force sensitive,he will be but not a jedi,I have two characters in brain storming...A revolutionary leader and an escaped prisioner guy thats a master fist fighter or a Martial Artist as the prestigue class is called.

personally I like the idea of melee guy more, because I am a melee person myself, but it's really your decision.

Just for reference, if you go martial artist, for my benefit please tell me which martial art, as all are different, Teras Kasi is more focused on raw strength and having "fists of steel" whereas Echani MA is more focused on speed and pressure points, etc.
