Hello everyone.

My other thread, Star Wars - Episode VII: Returnof the Sith will be comingto a close soon.

Though, we will be starting a episode, continuing the story line, and also having a whole bunchof new stuff.

The other thread isquite long, and not many people wish to read all of it inorder to know what happend, so they could join. SO, we have came up with a idea. We outline the key pointsa of what happend, and also have a little "History scroll" thing in the opening post.

So new people can join in with out needing to read everything.

Darth Kane - Jedi Padawn Gwan Twak

*** D'Rack ***
D'Rack was one of Luke Skwalker's Padawn learners, who had been one of the youngest to complete the trails and became a Jedi Knight.

After his long and perfect service, he was given a seat on the Jedi cancel, and became a Jedi Master...

Before Luke's death, he ordered D'Rack to find an ancient weapon. He left for Tatoine, and not long after arriving, he received the news of his former Master's demise.

His mission kept on, which brought him to Coruscent; where he meets Darth Kane.
D'Rack out powered Kane, and offered him mercy, and to become a Jedi...

*** Darth Kane - Jedi Padawn Gwan Twak ***

Kane was a very mysterious char, who planed to rebuild the Empire.

When he met D'Rack, he faced death, or surrender. Kane gave in and became Jedi Padawn Gwan Twak.

Gwan, started to go insane, with both sides of the fore demanding in his blood. He started some odd missions for the troops in his command, and acted very strange in front of D'Rack.

Upon returning from Yavin IV, D'Rack and Gwan faced each other in a Lightsaber dual.
D'Rack with his new, green long 'saber, and Gwan; who had reclaimed his title of Darth Kane, with his Blue blade Lightsaber whip.

Kane, not being strong enough with the force could not control the Lightsaber whip, and killed himself while trying to strike the final blow on D'Rack.

*** General Brian Anderson ***

Not much is known of Brian, as he only intervened in D'Rack's affairs once. But Brian does have a part to play before all is said and done.

I'm in, of course. I'll post my characters when the other thread is done, so I'll know exactly where they'll be in the storyline.

I think a five year gap between the last one and this one would be good. Long enough that the younger characters could mature some, and short enough that things could still be pretty much the same. Is that cool?

I was thinking of 5 or 10 years havepassed. But 5 would be better I think.

I have some surprises in mind for this new Episode, which wil be revealed as the storygoes along.

I,and the othersfrom Episode ViI will postthe keypoints of the story from Episode VII when we finish.

Oh, and remember any specie can be Sith or Jedi.
Try to keep the Lightsaber colours to Blue, Green, Red, and purple.

QC and I feel it shuld be 7 or 8 years between the Episodes.

That'll give theyoung chars enoughtime to muture, and enough time for what I have plained to be good.

We don'treally need to many new Jedi or Sith, because I am thinking of not haviong the Sith be the main "bad guys" in this episode.

I would love to see others, like any species, and roles (smuggulars, Bonty hunters, etc).

Ah... sorry, I didn't get far into the hundreds of posts on the original thread. If it carries over, so be it... there's plenty of character types to be had. I'll throw one in the mess.... perhaps a Hutt.

My characters

I was gonna wait until the end before doing this, but it makes sense that I post some bios now, so we don't run into any problems.

My Main characters:

Tynan: Former Jedi, now a bounty hunter. Tynan believed that the Jedi were foolish to adhere to only one side of the Force. He believed that the only way to defeat the Dark Side was to understand it. And that it was possible to use the Dark Side without succumbing to it. He was the last Padawan Luke Skywalker had before his death.

Luke: Boy found on the planet Tatooine by Tynan (no relation to the Skywalkers. The name Luke has become quite popular on Tatooine because of its most famous citizen, Skywalker). He's a Force-user who Tynan decided to take to the Jedi for training.

Darth Moridin: Sith Master, and self-styled Emperor. Moridin has ammassed a small fleet, and is using it to consolidate his power base. Has 6 systems under his control, including Ithor and Kuat.

Charis Du'Thar: Sith Apprentice to Moridin. Her background is an unknown even to her Master.

Jedi Master Duu'Raan: Member of the Jedi Council. He is a Jedi of only middling strength in the Force. Is well respected for his wisdom, and leadership. Is the closest thing the Jedi have to an ambassador. Is the Master of the Wookiee Doprekka, whose strength in the Force FAR surpasses his own, but whose temper and rash thinking are often difficult for him to manage (and is the biggest reason he is paired with Duu'Raan. Doprekka is another writers character. Duu'Raan was a late addition because Doprekka was a Padawan, and needed a master. ).

The characters I use to get the plot moving:

Captain Dar Thandor: Captain of the newest Heavy Cruiser class starship, the Solo. Thandor is one of the brightest young minds in the Rebellion military, and is under the direct command of the Jedi Council.

Colonel Gavin Darklighter: Commander of Rogue Squadron, the elite starfighter squadron of the Rebellion based aboard the Solo.

Momaw Nadow: Leader of the resistance on Ithor, against the Imperial forces.

OK, thats pretty much it. The last three characters are pretty much NPC, and can be used by others to get the plot moving. All I ask is that you keep them in character, and don't use them contrary to what someon else may be using them for.

I'll post physical descriptions later, and update their bios when the other thread ends. Anyone has any questions, PM me.

Oh, and one more thing, anyone who isn't sure about joining this thread, I have one bit of advice. I've been in quite a few ORP threads, and the last Star Wars thread is the only one that has fulfilled its promise. The characters and storyline are awesome, and it is already at 834 posts. You'll also notice that ALL the characters have weaknesses as the story goes on. No one is invincible (Tynan has already nearly been killed, and his torso is covered in the burn scars to prove it), and we work together to make sure everyone has fun.

So if you're thinking about joining, go for it! We'll be posting some info that will get everyone caught up enough with the storyline that they will be able to jump right in, and WONT have to read all 834 posts.

Name: Raine DuVall
Age: 42

Trained from a young age, Raine has always been at the top of her game, always ready to train, always ready to defend what is right, but her past is such a mystery that it has concerned her superiors from her finding, during the infant stage, when she'd been abandoned in a whorehouse on a planet on the Outer Rim. Having tested high in her midi-chlorian levels, she was immediately taken to the Jedi council for training. Her master, Marlik, once a friend of the legendary Luke Skywalker, trained her well, seeing her catch on to even the slightest of things without much effort.
The mystery of her origins, most distinctly, the identities of her parents, were much a concern as she began her training, though that concern has diminished as she grew to the order.
A little tall for a woman, Raine's physique is that of a woman who has trained hard, and never let up. She is chiseled, though not bulky at all, having the body of an athlete five to tens years younger, though her facial features show her age and determination, and her hard work, which has taken much of the youth from her appearance there. Rarely does she smile, and when she does, it seems forced. Her seriousness is more pronounced than in many others of her kind (jedis) the sign of some great worry dwelling beneath the surface that she finds unsettling.


Name: Marius Lane
Age: 31
Gender: Male
Height: 5'9
Weight: 180 lbs.

Bio/Info: Raised by a small community on a mining colony, his parents having abandoned him there, Marius stowed away on a mining ship headed for a "Rebel" planet, though the empire had apparently faced defeat by this time. Reaching the planet, he met a Jedi, Raine DuVall, and managed to befriend her, convincing the Jedi to take him on as an apprentice. Having a crush on Raine, a beautiful brunette with a perfectly athletic form, Marius hung on her every word, picking up the ways of the Jedi quite easily with his attention so well focused. Though beginning training late, he was more than skilled enough for his age by the time he reached his 20th birthday, and only got better in the years to come.
In his training, he grew to be friends with another Jedi in training, Daelon Eldritch. He passed the trials shortly before facing
Now, having passed the trials, Marius is one of many Jedi to offer a new hope to the Jedi Order. In the split of the Jedi Order, he has remained faithful to the Yavin Council of Jedi.

Name: Mogo
Age: not sure
Gender: Male
Race: Toydarian

Having learned the junk and salvage trade from his uncle, Watto, on Mos Epsa (Espa?), Mogo set out on his own, leaving the planet to make his own fortune without impeding on Watto's profit possibilities. Finding kerra Shiran, he joins her crew and quickly takes a liking to her. Soon he is greatly involved and making a name for himself in the smuggling trade. Though not much of a warrior, Mogo can use a blaster fairly well and has come to learn good strategical tactics in his time since joining the New Rebel Alliance. He has become useful given his knowledge of parts and reparations on ships such as the Spotted Owl.
Now, Captain of the Owl and a rebel loyalist, he has taken part in what the Jedi hope to be a revival of the Republic.

Race: Human
Gender: Female
Age: 13
Height: 4'10"
Weight: 80 lbs.
A padawan learner. Chosen by Marius due to her similarities to his master, Raine, Raven also is the more serious type, though her relationship with marius, that of a younger sister, and his fairly light demeanor, have lightened her up some. Well-skilled with the lightsaber and learning at an amazing rate, she is humbly more aware of what she has yet to learn than that which she already knows.

Gender: Male
Age: 51 yrs.

An accomplished Jedi Master, Marlik came from the planet Ryloth, where his people, especially the female, are known for their grace and beauty. Muscularly built, Marlik used the athleticism and grace, as well as the concentration, involved in his roots (dance) to build an astounding skill with the lightsaber. Quiet, but strong in prescence, Marlik had become well-respected, and almost unequaled with his dueling ability.
He had been missing for three years, himself and his padawan at the time vanishing on a mission near Tattooine, when Darth Vaine first became noticed in Cloud City, awaiting a mysterious package from a lone bounty hunter. That package contained a body, three years frozen. The body was that of Darth Figgas, who'd sucumbed to the dark side, bringing his padawan, Dietre then Darth Vaine, with him. Now, eight years later, Figgas has amassed an army of his own, strengthening his support forces and readying for what may be full-scale war with the Jedi. He has a new apprentice (Vaine having been killed in Cloud City), and many, many secrets...

Gender: Female
Race: Human
Age: 29
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 125 lbs.
Though Nastasia is rarely seen outside of her armor, at least by her "asociates," she is fair and quite beautiful, dainty but strong. Long brown hair, striking blue eyes. The whole bit. The armor however, hides all of this from view. Dark clothing, either brown or black, is dressed with body armor. A belt holds several items, including several types of hand blaster and a retractable grappling cord. Her head is protected from view by a helmet, covering her entire head and protecting it as the body armor would. Though not inpenetrable, the armor is quite effective.
Raised by her father and aching to be out in the universe instead of on a farming colony in deep space, Nastasia ventured into space with a simple vision. To find adventure. Learning at a young age that her father was the illegitimate child of an infamous bounty hunter (Boba Fett--sp?), she decides to follow in his footsteps and is soon considered one of the best. She quickly finds herself immersed in the struggle between good and evil, beginning with the delivery of an unusual package to a man in black in Cloud City. Hired then to retrieve the boy Luke, future padawan of Jedi Tynan, she succeeded in gaining thier trust, and has since, been in league with the Sith and Imperials lords. Her allegiance, however, comes with a price...

Okay: Now NPCs...

General Beegas--Just a recurring seargant (though he may have been promoted by this time). He survived the destruction of the base on Mached V, and knows several of the currently active Jedi. Recently promoted to General, Leroy Calrissian taken a positio as his 2nd.

Orin--Human; the mech on the Spotted Owl and a reliable friend to Mogo and Luke. (started out as someone else's character)

Leroy Calrissian--Desendant of Lando and following in his footsteps. Leroy controlled Cloud City, as well as commanding the rebel forces based in the abandoned mines below it. Since abandoning it, he joined with the rebel cause, following very closely in his grandfather's footsteps.

The Droids--R2-D2 and C-3PO of course. Thier current status is undecided, though they were actively involved in ep. VII.

Master Colme Harringer--Killed on the planet Alda, Colme has appeared in the past to help a Jedi, and may appear again.

The Eet-do--Small creatures that live in the swamps on the planet Alda in the Mached System. They helped Raine to find a way off the planet in order to return to the other Jedi, and are currently being integrated into the New Republic (or whatever alliance is being formed). Peaceful, yet determined.

Moedwyn Arakken--Human; Jedi Knight. Skilled, but nothing special, until the Jedi attacked the Sith in Cloud CIty, Moedwyn, who wasn't even present there, had seen little active duty but trained the children instead.

I think that's all of them. I'll post more detailed bios of the ones that really matter later. If anyone's interested in taking over one of the NPCs, PM me and let me know. We'll talk it over.
