The galaxy is filled with planets yet to be claimed. What does this mean to you? A chance of great wealth that's all!? With a little hard work and assuming you survive you could be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams. So sign up to be a group leader. We provide the gear and the first 100 settlers for your new colony. Even transport to your future destination. Oh and you won't be alone. No you will be with other group leaders and their teams. Nothing like a little healthy competition for resources to bring out the best in people.

How will you make it around this tough planet you ask? Well you will have an ATV....a massive vehicle with space to transport a 100 personnel and cargo. Each vehicle has its own bay on the transport ship which will brake away from the main ship and land on the planet's surface.

Once on the planet’s surface you can develop your colony anyway you see fit. Do you setup a farming colony with fields filled with crops? Do you start mining the rich hills of stone mining metals, power crystals, and dare I say alien artifacts? Perhaps you will try to trade with the local primitive tribes. They may be dangerous but nothing you can’t handle. Oh and your not alone prospective colonists visit all the time and so do free traders who will have things to sell. We discourage this since the items will never be the same quality of the company trade ships.

OOC... So who would like to found a new colony on a fresh new planet. You can work with or fight other players. You will all be landed relatively close to each other and all have similar starting gear. Your character background will dictate your bonus items you receive. Are you a retired military man/woman who wants to found Valhalla or your own military dictatorship. Are you an entrepreneur who wants to sell whatever they can become rich on the frontier? You the bold adventurer who wants to hunt exotic animals and discover lost civilizations? If your a noble of one of the royal families and want to add to your lands this is for you...Whatever your cause this is your chance to found your new lands. This is a game of science fiction settlers.

All you need to do is come up with a small party 1 to 6 main characters (leader and staff, Bishop and priests, General and officers, Head engineer and foremen....etc) to found your colony. You will be given 100 settlers and your background will give me ideas for the remainder of your expidition. So this is story driven. Each turn or chapter will cover 2 months of time on the planet. The journey to the preselected planet will take 30 days so time aboard will give you time for projects and meet the other team leaders.

I will provide more details as I see interest and will of coarse answer all questions and listen to all input. This can be a sci-fi adventure custom to everybody's interests. Will you found a new city or begin an empire. Will you slaughter the natives or trade with them. Build alliances or go to war. Do you mine for power crystals (fuel for starship engines) or just bottle the water and grow crops. It is all up to you and your not alone in the galaxy or in your need to colonize.

Welcome

Well you get a bonus for being first. What I need from you is background story. Who is your main character? Why is he leading this group. Who is he or she? Is he a military veteran? A clone of an Ancient Viking brought to life? Military school reject or war hero.....what has he done? family? wealth? important skills. Just don't go to over the top......nobody is great at everything.

Give me background that helps determine resources in addition to the basic ones everybody will receive.

Other questions?

I'm there, but I'll have to work on something....suitable.

Maybe I can just transplant my Roman army from the other thread :D

One Bid for a warrior society....

Now Romans.....in space (echo effect)

I am sure you will think of something good Mantra. Welcome aboard. Though if you did take your armies through a time warp I am sure the other players would be happy....to take your lands that is. lol

my leader is a man named Cahir O'Dochartaigh, an Irish war hero from their last war with england. He became general and the most decorated soldier on either side of the war. He commanded a high tech, super elite group of commandoes called the Fianna. The Irish fought ferociously but ultimately were defeated by pure logistics. He led an Irish Immigration off world and founded Erin Nova. The irish warriors of Erin Nova are more famed for their melee and marksmanship skills, then their naval ones. They favor quick brutal raids and guerilla tactics.

now as for weapons, how advanced we talking? star wars-esque? with blasters and beam swords? or starship troopers like?

Good with a few changes to fit the story line. Please feel to change these they are only to point you in a direction that best fits the story.

Cahir O'Dochartaigh...War hero. Not the most decorated but a well known and respected hero of the war. Being the hero of the last war (real war not terrorism which is why your so famous) you have loyal followers and admirers.

Recreating Ireland somewhere else free of British rule I like it. You plan to found Erin Nova for our story I take it right? Filled with tough veterans and their families.

As to weapons I saw things more like Aliens or Starship Troopers (the film not the book) now that I think about it. You have Assault rifles but with explosive or armor piercing Ammo.....classics like .45 pistols and Shotguns could be heirlooms pasted down. Maybe you have an ancestors AK-47 from his days with the Irish Republican Army or a sword used in the Irish Rebellion of 1798.

So as of now I figure....+1 for hero status, +1 for loyal followers, +1 organization in place already, +1 for equipment you already have (I am sure your people forgot to turn in their weapons)

This all adds up to more starting equipment and settlers when we begin. Let me know what you think and revise then I will give you the rest of your gear.

i can go with all that, since their mostly guerilla/commandoes they all have melee weapons like axes and swords and knives, and modern (for their time weapons) i also want to point out that Cahir is considered high king byu his people who have reverted to a scifi version of their ancient celtic way of life. thats why the created their nation the way they did, with warriors being so central.

I think I'll start up a research colony, focusing on energy manipulation, and all it's uses!

The colony leader, methinks, will be called Magistrate David West, a socially-minded man who has been placed in charge of the colony project by the ruling board of an, as of yet, unidentified global conglomerate. His job is to ensure the quality of life for the colonists is high, without sacrificing the (supposedly) vital energy research experiments and data. He has been assigned a few of the conglomerates higher-ups to act as a command staff

Alls I can think of right now, but there wil be others! Including:

Energy Research Head
Construction Engeneer Controller
Botanics Head

MINING COLONY;

"THE GRANT EXPLORATION & MINING COMPANY" OR " GE&M ", or just " GEM ".

Three brothers from the mines of "Farmore", join together to form the company, GEM.

Grant, Andrew.......The oldest and their leader. A hard rock miner who worked himself up the corporate ladder and knows all aspects of the mining business. He considered a business genius, with organization and logistics skills. He is tall, gray hair, in good health and is 53 years old.

Grant, Edward.......The youngest of the brothers and all agree the smartest. He is a mining engineer of the highest quality and a brilliant scientist and inventor. Introduced new methods that increased production and in identifying new deposits. Average weight and height, good health, wears glasses and is 43 years old.

Grant, Robert.........The middle brother and not a miner. Left the family to become a soldier and attended a military college and had a modest carrer and retired as a Major in the defense force. Started his own security co. and when his brothers started GEM, he brought along his small but effective security group. Tallest of the brothers and in very good physical shape, in excellent health and is 46 years old.

The brothers were tired of always working for others and thought that they could strike out on their own. They were always together during there youth and except for Robert's time in the military, they have been very close together. They had all worked for Farmore and the decision to leave was approved by all.

That is all for now. I will work up a few more shortly. I hope it isn't to late to join.

Macmillian

rengadeirishman...Interesting so your setting up fedualism?

+2 for having a government in plan

Screech..R&D great idea and I am glad you thought it over and decided to join. I was hoping someone would take the science route. Well I said earlier technology that brought man into space are power crystals. Massive amounts of engery contained in glowing crystals(Good pulp Sci-fi science). About 50 units of crystal placed in a generator could power a ship like the space shuttle for at least 25 years. Work to make the most efficient generators is constant as well as richer fuel and machines that need less fuel to power them...also figuring out alien technology. You won't get the massive advantage of a whole super company behind you but perhaps you sold all your shares and have many contacts and followers.

I await more details and look forward to them...

+1 Business background, +2 contacts,+3 Science and industry...

Macmillian....Not to late and you fill another needed colony. Don't worry it is a big planet and there is plenty to find on it. You have more to add so I won't figure out your assests just yet but at a glance....

+1 Family ties, +1 military experience, +1 recruiting followers, +2 Industrial Experience

Remember guys these are not final yet and you will all have useful assests and the way things are looking you will all need each other.

Energy Research Head: Abigail Saunders. A well educated and experienced woman in the field of alternative energy sources, and producer of a small scientific paper about the possable uses of space-based solar panels and microwave energy transmition. She was recruited as being one of the most probable unaffiliated citizens to be able to find a way to siphon as much energy as possable out of the power crystals

Construction Engeneer Controller: James McClure. A large man from Scotland, he was previously incharge of regional construction projects there, but was recruited for his expertiese in construction methods and functional archetecture

Botanics Head: Andrew Smith: Previously self-sufficiant farmer, he was recruited to work on the potanics systems so as to get the most efficient use of the foods produced on-colony, and with a secondary view to researching the possability of growing an edable plant that will thrive in a hostile alien envirnment.

What I was originally thinking with regards to their business background was that the organisation that they are working for in this regard is not often looked favourably apon by the international business community due to their more 'unethical' procedures. Therefore, a seemingly unassociated company called Fuel and Energy Unlimited (FEU) was started and covertly funded in order for the R&D colony project to go ahead

Also, and just as a side thing, before I submit it I thaught of having a small 'black ops' team supposedly working alongside the energy research teams to find a more militaristic use for all those nice shiny crystals. And, if any alien tech is found that has military uses, so much the better...

What would it be like without Weapons Development people...A Military Research group with security people?

Without weapons R&D, it would mostly just be domestic and exploration style energy development, with a reliance on trade and diplomacy for security

It is a good direction to take....hope you all work together.

Three players possibly a fourth....Mr. Mantra a good player at my ancient warriors strategy thread. Sounds like we have things pretty well balanced but there is always room for more people.

rengadeirishman Will receive a bonus for being the first to sign onto the project, but all players who sign on before the official start of the game will get a founder's bonus for being the first to land and break ground.

OOC:Galactic colonization:SCI-FI

G.E. & M. / OOC

The three Grant brothers held a short business meeting to determain what our colony may need in special areas. We came up with a short List and after a short period of time we were able to secure three off our short list.

WrencH........no last name, Can Repair or Fix any equipmrnt the has a motor. A fabricator, give him a set of plans and he says he can build it!
He is a big burly man, well over 200 lbs, large arms, long dirty brown hair and loves to drink and to fight. (bar room brawls) good health. Served in the military on their armoured Vechicles and other rolling stock. He is 29 years old.

Dennis "'Shorty" Black...... The WrencH's right hand man, can go where the larger man can not and is as good a fabricator, could be better the WrencH, but don't tell him that. Calm, cool and collected even under stress. Small, about 5ft4in tall but can carry his load, good health, looking for adventure and he is 26 years old.

Agusta Perez.....Pilot. Can fly anythingand she means anything. She was training with the Galatic Police Force but did not graduate the war college and so no wings. She passed flight school and holds several flight and servival records. She was offered a position on the board as a planer and that she brought with her several other flyers and flight mechanics. Long black hair, dark gray eyes with a very nice athletic body, excelent health,
stands 5ft 6in and is 33 years old.

We are still working to get before we leave;

digging forman/hard rock miner.
An Architect/Builder
Field surveyor
A bishop,or priest and nun/nurse
Medical Team to double as trama team

This would make up my primary team, or we will have to share some of the specialists we will all need.

I have two (2) questions............
#1A Do you have a departure date and do we have time to get the necessary people we will need.
#1B Do we need to secure our own mining and lab equipment?
#2 When we land, is it a free for all or are we going to have time to build and to forge alliances.

that should do it for now

Will work on my other needs-personnel for now.

Andrew Grant Ceo/ G.E.& M.

MACMILLIAN

A good post #69....ah 69 (ahem)

#1A Do you have a departure date and do we have time to get the necessary people we will need.

No date yet but assume you get all the people you need...but remember not to go overboard okay? You all never founded a colony before...when your successful and have things running and built they will come right now your selling a dream.

#1B Do we need to secure our own mining and lab equipment?

Yes your boys do need to secure equipment. You will be given supplies for running and building a colony. How you make credits is up to you....you may have a few things coming to you but don't count on them and they traders that pass through aren't often in a bargaining mood.

#2 When we land, is it a free for all or are we going to have time to build and to forge alliances.

Yes it is what you make of it....the timeline will have a 30 day trip......once you arrive turns will be of a two month block. Exceptions are made for diplomatic efforts (if your roleplaying across the table from each other it doesn't take 60 days to reply). There will be common areas onboard The Pequod your transport ships with drop ships attached. Keep in mind the drop ships are built for one way travel so they are pretty much scrap after you land. Anyway I suggest you and your people interact with the other players and their crews. Also free traders have been known to travel on transports selling their wears or trading. There is a lot of potential for roleplay here that will benifit players here but I won't for it. You all want to ignore each other and head your seperate was when you land that is up to you.......kill each other the first day on the planet fine too....build utopia great...You get the idea.

Gear & Stuff

This will be the first of many equipment lists that I hope will help the players. Since human contact with Aliens has been limited to hostile encounters and abductions before Earth and later its protectorates (Mars and its moons and the Lunar underground complexes and surface facilities and countless space stations) were united in a defensive plans. Despite valient efforts and solid planning alien races are numerous and are a constant threat so fighting and recoverying wrecks are a full time job. Many civilian groups have tried to fill the void whether out of patriotism or profit so little is classified.

One great discovery is Alien Alloys. A catch all for all metal used by the aliens. It can be dublicated or made from a combination of earth metals never mind found naturally on other planets so it should be considered common and available.

As to how to classify martials use this list........

Common (examples: commincators, assault rifles, shovels)
Uncommon (examples: super computers, missle systems, lazer drills)
Rare (examples: Advanced starship systems, lazer rifles, minor alien items)

Very rare (examples Alien starships intact, Alien prisoners, plasma weapons)

Beyond rare (examples: Items from lost cities, Alien treasure, maps to Alien homeworlds.)

All on the following list are common.

Personal Armour
(made from Alien Alloy and covers hole body...some manufactures do custom things like extra armor some places and of coarse color)

Power Armor
(Many layers of Alien Alloy piled on much more then a normal wearer could ever move on their own but the suit has its own small crystal power generator which allows the wearer to move the veryheavy load.)
Note: common but not cheap

Ammunition types: Armour Piercing, High Explosive, Incendiary (standard rounds are practically given away and are only used on the range and traditional hunters)

Pistol

The standard issue Earth defense pistol is a high powered semi-automatic with a 12 round capacity.

Rifle

This highly accurate assault rifle has laser guided sights and takes 6.7mm ammunition in 20 round clips.

Rocket Launcher

The rocket launcher is a laser guided system which can fire three different sizes of missile.

High Explosive Grenade

This standard issue grenade has an accurate and sophisticated timer for precision control.

Smoke Grenade

Smoke grenades are useful for providing cover in exposed combat situations. Use with care because they can benefit the enemy as well.

High Explosive Proximity Grenade

A proximity grenade can be thrown like an ordinary grenade but is triggered by nearby movement after it lands. Great skill and care is required to use these devices properly.

Heavy Explosive

This explosive should only be used for demolition purposes. Keep personnel clear of demolition sites.

Motion Scanner

This sophisticated device uses a variety of detectors and advanced computer algorithms to identify moving enemy units. However, it requires some practice to use effectively. The Scanner display shows an arrow in the center which is the direction the soldier is facing (North is at the top). The flashing blobs show units which have moved recently. Large units, or fast moving units, will produce larger blobs.

Medi-Kit

The medi-kit combines a healing facility with pain killers and stimulants

This not an exhaustive list by any means. Many of you probably have characters with everything from deer rifles to shotguns to crossbows.....lower tech levels down need my aproval, but you have it before you leave. Oh equipment breaks so spare parts and people to fix things are good to have as well as low tech items. Scanners are out? Grab binoculars and look around. Med-kit is drained so grab some bandages and move out.

OOC:Galactic colonization:SCI-FI

G.E. & M. Organizational Meeting;

Grant, Andrew.....Leader of the Colony / CEO of GEM
Grant, Edward.....2nd member of colony council / CFO
Grant, Robert......3rd member of colony council / Security / communication
Perez, Agusta......4th member of colony council / Transportation
WrencH..............5th member of colony council / Procurer
Black, Dennis (Shorty).....6th member of colony council / Quartermaster

We secured a warehouse and office space to use as a base of operations and a depot for our equipment. I devide up our material list among us and I suggested that we work in teams to better utilize our resources. We all agreed on this and so preperations have begun.

Robert Grant and his small security force moved out in search of additional weapons to help augment those that his group had brought with them. His list also included communications equipment. We would need personal , vechicle and base units, spares and batteries. Security items, motion and heat sensors, scanners if there are any to be had, night vision euipment, binoculars and range finders. Robert also have a free hand in getting what ever else he finds that may be of use to our group.

Agusta Perez and her group head out to get us local transpotation and to find if there is an available ship for local hopes in case we have to go farther afield to acquire and meet the colony's needs.

WrencH and Shorty return to their shop and gather all their tools. Tool boxes filled with hand tools, hand power tools and their bench tools. They take their time and crate up all their equipment, down to their stock of nuts and bolts. Everything goes, tools, tables, instruments and hardware. They leave nothing..............there motto, ""Where we are going, you don't know what you'll need. So take it all. Whenever possible." "

Edward and I have have found a mobil/field metallurgy lab with all the equipment that Edward will need to get us started. Now all we will need is a few PC's or laptops, generators and a thousand other items. But the big question are how big are the transfere ships. We know big enough to transport 100 plus people, but how much cargo space.

Our next logical step is to have Agusta Perez determine how best to use the cargo area so that we will be able to take the most equipment and how to stow it for transport. Also how to quickly offload and move everything to our first or permanent site.

100 Settlers assigned to each team leader by Colony Inc.

Settlers by nature are a diverse and interesting group. All wanting to make a new homes somewhere new and fresh while some seek adventure. Minium skills held by all settlers include building construction, cargo loading, basic survival, heavy equipment operations, and basic weapons use. Some might have other skills from previous jobs, but they at the very least have the basics. Also Colony Inc. finds compatible men and women and divided evenly down those lines so you have a group half female and half male. Not all recruits will come so well balanced. They bring their own equipment in well made easily transported cargo containers.

They have Rifles with two magazines, 50' of rope, harness, a light source, knife, space suit, scuba gear, work axe, cold weather gear, warm weather gear, sleeping bag, chest armor, jump suits, hiking boots, and backpacks.

Now to the formula noted above. Industrial experience is not useful in recruit, but very useful in minning and building. You have encountered problems before and found solutions. You have made things work and built new tools. Your not easily stopped and that will pay off in the long run. People know that will stand by you...

+1 Family Ties
100...friends, school buddies, drinking buddies, business partners, cousins, and even some guys that you know from a business conferance. The skill set is less impressive, but diverse. It includes everything from bartending to cargo loader operator, to engineers, to lumber jacks, to bouncers. (70%male30%female)

(think about all the different people you know...in my life I have met bar bouncers to accountants to an award winning phyicist)

The Gear these guys bring is an odd assortment including everything from cricket bats to hunting rifles, to mountain climbing gear, to garden tools, to beer kegs, harpoons, laptops, books, rafts, and whole kitchens.

+1 Military Experience
100 buddies from your military service time. These people all have military ties of some kind. Guys who drove trucks to the PX, bartenders at the officer's club, guys who repaired the VTOL vehicles, fellow officers of coarse, security personel, special forces guys, martial artists who trained you all and even military brats. Anyone who wanted a better life then the army or looking for a new challanges. (80% male, 20% female)

Gear is anything you might find in a Army/Navy store. Knives, samurai swords, climbing ropes, grenades, cheap old assault rifles (AK-74's and M4's), sleeping bags, army issued tool kits, and plenty of equipment and parts the military was going to throw out anyway (even if they didn't know it).

+1 Recruiting Followers
With your human resources experience you can count on getting 200 settlers. Some 200 women from the Lunar colony sign on for the adventure. Many have experience with lite mining equipment & ore haulers.

The gear these women bring includes all kinds of tools and safety equipment. Lunar colony pays some of the lowest wages for mine work so don't be shocked when these women have other skills and occupations to generate funds or skills to trade.

Now for the founder bonus that all players who sign up before we begin the actual game.

200 Expendable...

Expendable are a result of human use of alien technology. Cloned by the thousands to make workers to man the massive Lunar cave complexes captured from the aliens (space for over a billion personnel and the moon was only considered an outpost by the aliens). Expenables look human in every way, but were created using an alien program and act how they think humans should. Most humans can order them around easily and they are always the followers. They do enjoy sex and having fun like humans but are always work minded and are sterile.

Each is equipped with black combat boots, white jumpsuits, tool box, laptop, pistol, climbing gear and rope, backpack and mess kit.

Like the name suggests most don't think to highly of these clones and use them for dangerous jobs.

In this case your Expendables are all male (decided at random).

200 Bots

Short little human looking robots with skinny arms and legs and heads that look like a motorcycle helmet. The can lift up to 500lbs and are very versed in computers and can download many training programs. They have been known to do welding, computer repair, and even make coffee.

Outside sponsor (random sponsor)

Star Burgers has given you some 300 tons of burges, fries, and shakes (I some how doubt we will eat any healtier in the future either) in food storage containers. It is great PR for them having their product everywhere and promise more help in the future. They do hope you have some images of colonists eating their product soon after landing.

Hope you like all this and want it.....you have it now. Let's see what you do with it.

Last edited:
Star Burgers? I think I'll keep them in the deep-freeze. If I can get those darned hydroponics facilities up and running, I should have no need for them.

Plenty of colonists! Hurrah! And droids too! Most useful for the compiling of data that the clones will generate. Well, why have sentient people handle potentially dangerous stuff when a replacanle clone can do it, eh?

Well you all get sponsors randomly so I wouldn't plan on it being food. Could be anything from power tools to furniture.

Do you think of them as Cannon folder....I am shocked. lol.....

Give me your final setups people and I will calculate what you get.

Talks to Mantra he is posting over the weekend. So we will have four as of now to begin setting up colonies. Not bad. Wouldn't mind a few more though. The plus side you all are pretty diverse in what you bring to the table. I think things will go well.

Occ: Galactic Colonization: Sci-fi

G.E. & M. (GEM)

Edward and I were the first to return with the mobil lab, generators and a few computers. We stowed them in the warehose and waited for the others to return.

Agusta Perez was next and she had found a few trucks and an old track vechile used as a scout car for the defense force. But the best surprise was a fully crated tractor (new) complete with all the accessories. This indeed was a great addition.

Robert returned with his small force and layed out all the weapons that he could find. Pistols for most of our group and rifles and automatic rapid fire weapons. A few crew weapons, rocket launches, heavy machine guns, and a morter. He told us they ordered the security equipment and the communications equipment would be ready for pick up in two days.

WrencH and Shorty was last and they also told us their shop was all packed and crated and could be picked up and returned to the warehouse in the morning. They also had a surprise for us too. They presented two mechanics that worked for them in their shop and wanted to join the colony.

The following morining the conuncil met and accepted the two new volunteers. Today we needed to go out and secure mining equipment so our colony would have the tools to build. We would need laser drills and hand tools. We would build carts and rails on the planet and the processing plants too.

Robert left the secuity fore to guard the warehouse and the rest left to gather what we needed. It was going to be a long several days as we worked to get all our equipment together.

Occ: Galactic Colonization: Sci-fi

G.E. & M. *******************

Over the last several days, we have managed to acquire items which we will not be able to make right away at the start of the colony. We all look to the construction of either a base camp or the main colony as the first priority. Then the means to add to our food and water supply, for without an adaquet source the entire venture could be lost.

Edward has been able to secure for us several lazer drills and a few older but reliable compressed air drills and bits. The others arrived bringing what they have , ""begged, borrowed or stole" " as the saying goes. Our supplies are growing and a sense among us all for the first time is that we will suceed.

Mining goods of all sorts, reels of wire cable to heavy work gloves and goggles. Everything is sorted and labeled and are set to be crated after a last inventory.

Security and protection is progressing well in the hands of Robert and his group. Weapons, communications and organization. He has also found us a mobil field kitchen that will help in the very beginning. Remember, Robert tells us, an army travels on it's stomach... I must agree. He seem to have things well in hand. For our small defense force he has gotten personal armour and some power armour units to go along with the weapons.

The biggest surprise to us all is the arrival at our warehouse of a group of clergy. Five to be exact, A bishop. a priest and three nuns. All asking to become members of our colony. The six members of the council sit down with the group and to question them on why they want to join and what do they have to offer us.

The bishop says he will speak for the group and then we can ask questions of the individuals. we agree. We have been asked to return to earth or be sent to work as prisoners. Their religion is not only of the spirit but also of the flesh in al aspects, physical, mental and carnal. This is not looked upon with favor by the other established religions. We wish to go and will only practice their religion with only those that wish to. As to what each of us has to offer, I was an architect, Father Paul a doctor and the three nuns were nurses. We can also provide a small six bed medical unit, similar to a military aid station. There are no medicine or vacines, but plenty of other medical supplies. That is about the extent of our offer and this was the first of the colonies we have approacheded.

I asked the council if there was any questions and there being none I asked them to wait in the outer room while we discussed their offer. We still did not know what was going to come in the remaining settlers and aside from their religion, they did have what we needed. We would check out the validity of their claims and if they were so as stated we agreed that we would take them. (They did check out and we added them to our roster)

The next item on our agenda is to find and get as much medical supplies that we can. Medicine of all types, mining is a hazordous business. Anything and everything, alcohol, bandages, iodine, sauves ect. What ever we can carry. The meeting ends and we all leave for some rest. Tomorrow we will sit down with our small group and see if anyone else has any more ideas on what we need or should have.

Departure should be coming soon and I want to be ready to begin loading and stowing everything without waiting. I want us to be ready...

I hope we are..........................
