The story starts in the year 3299 in 2'nd Edo (Which is an floating city that was built in the sky in 3199.) Technology has advance greatly since that time, but still has some flaws in the cyborg development. At first, the military openly recruted people as test subjects. But after 10 years of protest, the military closed the project.

But for some odd reason, the police force uses cyborgs to catch criminals. Also, many of the bigger criminals today are cyborgs. Whats going on? How are Cyborgs popping out of nowhere? And is the police force on the up and up? Or are corrupted?

Okay, you can play as an civilan, an officer, a crimnal.... (Why don't I just say your choice?)

Well, its mainly set in 2'nd Edo, I may span it to other series later on.

As for the limitations... As long as you you don't make yourself invulnerable and all powerful, then you should be okay. (You guys are smart enough to figure out whats too powerful, right?)

appearance:tall,gaunt-looking,his face is scarred and demonic-looking,almost all machinery,with 2 white eyes.Two small "horns" act as sensor arrays on his..its forehead.these horns act as ears,as it doesnt have any human ones anymore.the tips can open to form small dishes which swivel 360degrees,to listen more carefully.
It's arms are also changed.its left arm is a black,demonic-looking thing,blades adorining it at the wrist and elbow,along with a shoulder spike.Its hand is nothing more then 4 sharp tipped claws,3 "basic" claws and one semi-opposable "thumb" claw.
Its right arm,in contrast,is made of a white durable material wiht intricate working along the length of it.the hand has 2 opposable thumbs and 4 long tin fingers.each finger and extend and splinter to do smaller work.
its left ankle is mechanical,and some internal work ahs been done,giving it a slightly better durability,strength,and speed.
story:unknown,though several murders of underworld high-ups have been linked to it,hence its name.

I'm thinking of a character but with the exception of DT, all the ones posted are uber vague and not very helpful in coming up with a design and his did not inspire me, detailed as it was.

For the record the episode of big O I liked was the one were the android adopted a little gray kitten. I just thought it was cool looking in that suit. If I could find a pic of it that would be my AV. Personally my favorite series only had one season and that was A vision of Escaflone.
