Julian tends to be quiet and shy, rather bookish. He only goes for two sports, swimming and base ball. He's been sent to St. Steven's because he got into trouble at school. He can't figure out how getting sent to an all boy's school is suposed to cure him of being found in a closet at school, groping with another guy. His parents sent him so far away in hopes that the small town he's from in Alabama will forget about him and the scandal that he caused. He knows that he'll not be going home for any of the holidays, his folks wouldn't want the town reminded by his presence.
