I have an issue with our bed. The bed is 21" inches thick and I'm having a HORRIBLE time finding sheets to fit. I've been finding sheets that have 15-16" deep sheets but idk if that would fit (I guess I could order them if they have a good return policy) Thanks for any help.

the only thing i can think of off the top of my head is the good old sheet-suspenders. know what i mean? those elastic things you clip on and strap around to hold the sheets on...

ya i know what your talking about. I'm online shopping for sheets and i want some reallly good ones but they only say something like 15" pocket for today's thinker mattraces, arg. lol. Thanks

thecompanystore.com has supersized sheeting for thick mattresses. I've ordered from them and they're reliable and returns are easy.

You can also try linensource.com.

Can you have a custom-made sheet?
At least, I guess you have to have your curtains custom made, I don't think all windows are standardized in your country. I mean a curtain shop should sell custom-made sheet as well?

I've ordered from linensource.com before. I love the sheets I got from them--the more often you wash them, the softer they get. Very comfy.

Why not just get flat sheets?

Fitted sheets are convenient, but if you're struggling with "fitted" sheets that don't fit, making the bed with flat sheets and properly folded "hosital corners" is probably going to be faster and cause less aggrevation in the long run.

That would work to get some king sized sheets. But I'm really looking for a set.... unless I can find a place that I can just order 2 flat sheets. Thanks.

I use flat sheets on my Waterbed because I don't like the way water-bed sets are sewn togther -- and they don't stay in place as well flat sheets do when properly tucked in.

Finding just flat sheets is getting more difficult, but even places like K-mart and Wal-mart still stock them last time I checked. ( they come in singles rather than pairs, but you can just buy two packages. ;))

Walmart makes one set to fit my bed and we paid like $50 for them and they still are getting pilly. I'm really looking for ones with a super high thread count but at a decent price.
