You didn't mention whether or not your wife wants someone who is also bi and will be interested in also playing with her.... Here are some options that you might consider:
1) Gay bar - I personally find it incredibly difficult to meet a man for a fling in a gay bar. I don't know how you are, but even though I've happily embraced my bisexuality, I still feel incredibly uncomfortable with men in a "pickup" environment. I definitely am not able to hit on a guy in a bar, and I find it disconcerting when they try to hit on me. If you are comfortable as the hitter or hittee, you could very well have better luck than I would in finding someone, especially if you know of any that have a particularly sexually charged atmosphere. I would also suggest you see if you can find a bar that caters to sweet TS/TV/CD 'girls' like myself. At least from my experience over the years, these places tend to draw a fairly diverse crowd of men and they definitely seem to have more straight and bi guys than a total gay bar.
2) Adult Video Store or Theater - Ok, some people cringe at the thought, but if you can handle a bit of a seedier environment, I'm sure you could find an anonymous someone to play with. Since I personally think that a large majority of the men you find in such places are nominally 'straight', I am quite sure that they would jump at the chance to participate with your wife. I know that some of those places are just nasty as hell, and the patrons aren't exactly the cream of high society, but I have found that you can find stores and/or theaters in most cities that are somewhat less disgusting ;-) Places with a cover or minimum token purchase tend to weed out the absolutely bottom of the gene pool, but it's obviously still a crapshoot. There is also the possibility of getting busted for public indecency, but that always makes it more exciting I happen to enjoy an occasional visit for some fun, and with a little patience I've enjoyed it a great deal. I have also found gloryholes to be an excellent addition to any video booth, particularly when I was still getting used to playing with men.
3) Sex/Swingers Club - I haven't tried myself, but I have heard that these places tend to be pro lady sex and very anti man sex......however, it just seems that there must be some decent possibility of meeting other bi men in such a sexually open environment. I know it can be a bit frustrating to go through the process of emailing, dealing with face posts/responses, having people flake out after you've arranged things, pictures that turn out to be from 1988, etc. There's obviously the matter of the possibility of somehow not noticing someone had checked the "Psychopathic Murder and Mayhem" box in the Hobbies section of their online profile.....;-) But I have found that I can find decent people to play with quite readily.
