I'm exhausted and totally wilting in this crazy heat. When I complain that I'm freezing my ass off and sick of winter a few months from now I expect you guys to remind me that I couldn't handle the heat during our short excuse for a summer.

I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a little bit slower. I might even have time to get out the good camera and try to take a few new "proper" pictures. You know...because I'm oh so fucking proper.

Seriously...a friend had me come to his house and wash his dishes for him today so that his girlfriend wouldn't get mad at him for not cleaning while she was out of town. The dishes had been sitting there for so long that there was fucking MOLD on them!! He is disabled due to a problem with his knee...but I have seen him walk around and such on a regular basis. He can get around well enough to do his own dishes. Worst case scenario he could drag a damn chair over in front of the sink and sit down and do them.

There's a significant portion of Alaska on fire right now as well. It really has been incredibly hot all across the state all spring/summer and we haven't had any rain at all so far this year.
