I hope you won't be too disappointed in me, but I removed a ton of my pictures before I took a break from Lit and some of them where rather explicit. Many were more artistic than vulgar, but more revealing than what is currently left.

A drug indeed, a multitude of addictive possibilities in fact. Ah yes, NYC. My son actually just flew back in from Jersey about a week ago. If I would have gone with him I would have been a lot closer to him...I may have been a few steps closer to hell too though. I honestly can't say. I imagine there are parts of it that are quite lovely, but it's waaaaay over there *points* and I'm waaaaay over here and my adventures tend towards the forests, oceans, and mountains and not the skyscrapers, teeming throngs of sweating humanity, and subway systems. Hell...I consider Walmart to be a traumatic experience. I imagine Jersey as one gigantic version of Walmart.

Things MAY be calming down even more over the next couple of weeks so I might actually have a chance to make that happen. We shall see. It's been difficult to focus on anything long enough to carry on a decent conversation lately.

I was teasing beautiful. I have a strange sense of humor and it probably doesn't translate very well. It really is a huge compliment coming from such a sexy young man.

I will be re-posting many of the pictures. I had to remove them and watermark them after some of them were being stolen and re-posted on other sites by someone. I hope that you will enjoy those as well, though some of the pictures span many years so the quality and style of the pictures varies quite a bit.

It's that time of morning again, you know, the time when I should be sleeping soundly. For a change I actually was, at least until some lovely neighbors of mine wandered by my bedroom window shrieking at each other. The woman was crying and sounded as if she might be in pain so I had to get up and stick my nose in far enough to make sure that it was just drunken drama and that nobody was actually injured. I wandered out to the living room and looked out another window and realized that another neighbor must have gotten a new shipment of crack or meth or something because she had her music going and was racing around her front porch half dressed putting up a Christmas tree on her deck?

Since it's the middle of the night and the Kassina Maculata is nocturnal and still has yet to eat since the shop asked me to rescue it I decided that it was time to attempt to feed it again. I really should have just taken my sleepy ass back to bed. The only thing I managed to accomplish was to piss off the frog who, though lacking the personality and charm of my gecko, did manage to tell me to get the fuck away from her with her beautiful cat eyes. Oh I'm also quite certain that I managed to torture a red wiggler and a frigging massive cricket in the process. In my infinite grace I also managed to trip over something and knock over the cricket keeper container that houses the geckos smaller crickets...the lid just had to pop off of the container of course. Thankfully most of the crickets actually HAD crawled up inside of the little tubes as advertised and didn't end up racing around the house with me chasing them around in naked frantic circles attempting to capture them all. Hell...I probably could have put the neighbor and her Christmas tree to shame with that stunt. Sigh...why are none of you either veterinarians or total geeks like me?

On the upside I think I actually have most of a day free tomorrow. If I can resist the call of Lit for a while (and I absolutely MUST) I can finally finish moving her into her new enclosure where I can control her temperature and humidity properly. If that doesn't help then the next step is a level of geekiness that I'll be kind enough not to share with you. If you're lucky.

Speaking of sharing though. I did decide to stop and take a break from beating my head against the wall and watermark a couple of pictures. Those of you that have been around for a while know how much I love playing in the water and taking pictures while wet....from the shower. I enjoy trying to capture the various effects of the water and was rather pleased with the way the droplets of water lingered on my skin in the black and white photo.

I hope you all have a wonderful day. Oh, and I'll attempt to respond to the pm's and e-mails after I've had a bit more sleep. I'm bouncing my ass back off to bed where it belongs now.

Hi sweetie, parts of it have been listed, parts of it have just been discussed privately with people, and part of it was just a matter of feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

I never watermarked my pics and some of them ended up being stolen and posted on another site. My fault yes... However, I hate watermarking my pics and also know that anyone with even an ounce of technical savvy can just remove the watermark unless I make it stupidly obvious and plaster it across my boobs or something. If I do that, well someone with even more technical savvy can still do it if they're feeling really determined, though it probably wouldn't be worth the effort.

I was originally going to go back and watermark and re-post most or all of the pics....and then I started to realize just how many pictures I had...and it was an incredibly daunting prospect. Also, since I like to get somewhat artistic with some of my photos the watermarking aspect was sort of ruining the whole aesthetic of it for me which bummed me out.

I also tend to get a little too sucked into the whole Lit performance and start to feel like I'm letting people down if I don't respond to every single pm, or post an entire set of pictures every single day, etc. I make it way too hard on myself and turn it into a job instead of just being intelligent enough to simply come and chat with my friends in my threads and theirs (which is my favorite part of Lit) and just let anyone who doesn't like it wander right back of to wherever they came from.

ahhh right i think i remember now -

super sucks when people do that - i really dont get why they do it - its weird.. but he thats them and this is us so we're here and supportive of you no matter what you do or dont do so yeah
