I don't mind it being less crowded, I'm perfectly happy if only one or two people stop by, and thrilled because they're normally regulars who stay and visit with me as well. Although it is a bit of a thrill when someone new pops in to say hello. There's a definite change in attitude though. It was exceptionally bad when I last left. I will say that we have a few new posters who are absolutely delightful and who I totally adore. My comments aren't a reflection on or condemnation of anyone in particular at all. Just my view on the general mood of things...and I suspect the fact that I really miss some of the posters who have left. I miss the good old days when AJ, IMA, Shy, and I would invade some poor guys thread and spend half the night camped out there having a good time.

I did find a lovely patch of light that I couldn't resist hopping into for a few minutes though. Those of you that don't know me well yet will discover that when winter hits Alaska I'm like a moth to a flame. We have plenty of sun in my part of Alaska during the winter, but it's at a different angle...so when that perfect ray of sunshine graces me with it's presence I can rarely resist the urge to go play in it.

I may regret it tomorrow, but I do hope you'll enjoy it with me today. Here's the first of the pics. I really like the light and shadows in a lot of these and am having trouble picking between the color and black and white shots...so you get both.

Also, while I don't think I've been around Lit as long as you have, it's surprising just how much the mood has changed around Ampix over the last couple of years as people have come and gone. There have always been some wonderfully supportive people here, and I've made some great friends over the years, and it's people like them that make posting enjoyable. While there were still a few of those around when I came back last time the overall environment was very different. It was like a cliquish high school popularity contest. I'm referring to attitudes, not implying that anyone was underage. It's nice to see that more of the people posting now are appreciating and encouraging each other once again. <--- another med induced rant perhaps, but a truthful one I think.

A comeback would be delightful, but should you choose to go with a private collection I hope you'll keep me in mind for the list of people to share it with.

litizens come and go, friends sometimes disappear but the true ones well even in their absence they are in our head and heart.

It seems that nearly everyone I talk to suffers from some type of back pain. They're always encouraging me to do all of these exercises to strengthen my back. I actually do them, but they don't seem to help much. I would think your sexy back would be more than strong enough already. It never seems to help much, I think they just tell us that to make us go away.
