I bought milk and gas yesterday and for a change, the gas was less per gallon than the milk.

I haven't bought milk in quite some time, but I believe it's still around $4 a gallon.

The Queen won't let us drink real milk.

:(

We have to drink the 2%. I can't go for that, no-o...

No can do!

Same here.
Food is overall more expensive than certain (what I personally see as "luxury") items such as electronics, fancy stationery'n stuff.
Weird…

But I'm getting off-track here. I bet that the "cost of gas" topic was chosen in order to hint at some contentious political matter.

Currently 90cents(CND)/litre for the reg unleaded.
2 litres of skim milk is $4.59(CDN).

That's something that always amazed me about the US, you people get totally ripped off on milk prices. Bread, too.

2 litres of semi skimmed, which is what I buy, is 90p over here.

I wouldn't mind those prices and by the way, I just read an article about Sabrina Pasterski, what an amazing girl!
