Which is why they were "Suppressed from the public-" they are complete fabrications and/or unproven (if not already debunked) speculation. After the better part of 3 years on global sabbatical, i don’t think many people want to listen to anyone talk about wuhan for 2 hours.

But the fact remains that it IS an issue and an issue that is of vital importance going forward. One issue that would be driven by a final determination would be, 'are we going to continue subsidizing scientists mucking about with "gain of function" research?' Then there is the issue concerning the politisizing of science itself. We do know that scientists participated in the politization but do we know the full extent?

I'm sure you noticed how many respondents to this thread have based their entire decision on statements made by either single sources or sources in agreement with that single source. Unfortunatley that is not how real science works.

The core of the issue is actually quite simple. One group asserts that the virus was of natural origin, but they have NO proof to support that assertion. The other group asserts that it was lab originated, but they have NO proof either. The "it came from the lab" group actually have more circumstantial evidence, but circumstantial isn't proof.
