Description:
...
On April 16th, Monday, right here on Literotica, those themes will be explored in all their beautiful glory.
...
Date:
April 12, Friday
(submit in the 3 days prior!)
For clarification since the OP has a couple of dates mentioned and some in the thread.
Forget April 16. We submit April 9 and the stories go live on April 12.
Correct?
My mistake!
There was some confusion on my part early on about the dates.
* The event is April 12.
Submit prior to that date.
As I read it, you can submit as early as 9 April and the stories will be posted on 12 April. One more review and mine is ready. Pretty much just an "I participated" place holder, though.

Correctimundo. You can start submitting April 9 up to midnight on April 11 and stories will go live April 12. Put the even tag as per Heyalls post in the Notes field. I’m gonna have a busy weekend finishing mine and I still want to do Illegal Alien!

Yeah, unclear how all the stories are connected other than posting on the same day...something new for me. All good, though.
Posting Info:
Use "OnTheJob" in your Notes section when submitting!

Basically it's the same as the contests.
If you put in the right note, Laurel will find it and do the admin stuff.

Write OnTheJob in the notes section when you submit the story. Laurel will be looking for that. There’ll also be a Story Event page with all the stories listed so you’ll get to see everything that was written for the event in one place.
Laurel usually does a mention of the event and a link on the Literotica front page when it goes live. I usually make a reference in a note at the start of my story and encourage readers to go to the event page to read everyone else’s stories. Sort of like I do below in my signature.

Ah, thanks.
I’ve only done one contest years ago. Ogg had some math formula for calculating placement and I won last place.
Hey Chloe, if you share here what you’re going to put in your author note at the head of your story we could all adopt it for consistency and accuracy. Just a thought...
“OnTheJob” in the note field when submitting
“OnTheJob story event” as an author note at the top of the actual story.
Think that’s what you mean.
Disclaimers seeking to "excuse" faults in a work just draw attention to the faults, but don't make them go away. If the editing doesn't remove any zombie or space cowboy induced errors, then the editing ain't finished, know what I'm saying? Still, it's a novel form of post-operative recoveryFinished mine tonight and will do edits Monday. Can't decide whether I should add a disclaimer mentioning I wrote it during recovery from major surgery, painkillers involved, etc. Does that come across as informative or just plain needy?
I post-noted stories written as I underwent numerous eye surgeries that I was essentially typing blind, so oops! Sorry about any typos. I tried to sound funny. But I hit readers with that at the end of pieces, not the start. Anyone who gets that far probably won't mind. I don't think I mentioned my cardiac procedures. Can't decide whether I should add a disclaimer mentioning I wrote it during recovery from major surgery, painkillers involved, etc. Does that come across as informative or just plain needy?
