I decided long ago that regardless of how amicable a compromise is, it still means that neither person really gets what they want but instead is making do with what they will settle for to get some of what they want.

I'd much rather either let another have exactly what they want and/or get exactly what I want. The trick is to satisfy both.

My company is doing a company wide fitness and weight loss challenge. I figure at the end of it I will be more inspired to take some new pics.

That's a lot of photos, but I guess I could take one for the team and throw in my hat for the position. It should be loads of fun.

Since they're photos of you, it's more like picking the better of the best, and not just finding "decent ones". (my 5 cents worth of sucking up).
