Ok, its like dawn, the coolest part of the day, but I went to let my dog out and ...... it's fuckin rainin!!!

Just a lil sprinkle, but we haven't had hardly anything for a month. Its soooo nice to open the door and it doesn't seem like opening an oven door.

I dunno if it had much to do with that hurrican or tropical storm, but I was at least hoping maybe it would move some other shit around and get some rain here.

Not much yet, but I am happy, happy, happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is texas, its much worse than the desert when it decides not to rain.

Sometimes we have droughts that last for years instead of months. I haven't mowed the yard for a month and believe it or not I am hoping I will have to soon.

Maybe with this rain the grass will grow, or at least some tall weeds.

Damn. It just went from bright, unseasonally warm and sunny to cooling rapidly, dark grey and forbidding in the space of 20 minutes.

This does not augur well for the rest of the day.
