I often criticize "generic" stories about ransom heart throbs, and this is about 30 years too late, but her tragic death makes me long for a tribute story or three.

My personal relationship with her was built around "Hve You Never Been Mellow" rather than Grease, but I would have liked tp het into Physical. Hey... a young man can dream. Even once we are no longer young.

Yes, it's either thirty years too late or five years too early. For me, she looked sexier in Xanadu than in You're The One That I Want.

Maybe we reassign their duties, though. Instead of muses of dance, poetry, music, etc., we make them muses of oral, anal, doggy, exhibitionism, bondage, etc. It could be a series, with one story about each of the muses getting her mojo on somewhere on Earth.

Carnevil9, you're making things too complex. I don't mean any disrespect to Olivia Newton-John here, because we're talking about fictional characters. But how about if Betty makes a move on Sandy, and she accepts? I'd be surprised if Betty doesn't swing both ways, especially with those Pink Ladies chicks. Danny could still be there somewhere, but it does take some of the pressure off, doesn't it?

An advantage is that on date night, mom and dad are much more relaxed about when one gets home, because in 1959, how much trouble could two girls get into with each other? (Plenty, actually, but don't tell!) The stage play version has been revived a number of times, so there are opportunities to try out this idea.
