Old Question

The 1980's with the growing popularity of porn films, and tighter (smaller) bikini lines.

When did it become popular for women to shave their pubes. 50's, 60's, 70's??

Early 1960s in London UK with the arrival of very short miniskirts. Pubic hair spoilt the line of pantyhose. The fashion spread with the miniskirt.

In the 1950s shaving was usually because of pubic lice - yeuck!
