Well I started going through the box of pictures we brought home yesterday. I had glanced at some of them yesterday but I wanted to go through the entire box just to see what I had and what I wanted to scan in.
Man talk about being sent back in time.
I was finding pictures from when I was in Elementry school. Pictures of my class mates then and of our old house. I set one or two to the side to scan in and send to my parents.
Then I started finding pictures of when I lived in Europe. Oh man these were good shots. Pictures taken all through Europe. There were even a couple of me that others had taken for me. (My wife grabbed these and set them to the side to be scanned in.) In among these pictures were three that my wife made sure to grab as soon as she saw them.
One was of me and Mikki on my old BMW in EdarOberstein. The second was a picture of Mikki and myself in the same pose but both of us were stark naked. The last one was of Mikki and myself standing next to each other in our skins in front of a Hot Spring. My wife told me she wanted me to scan these in because she knows how much Mikki meant to me.
A while later I came across a set of pictures we had forgotten about. These were pictures I had taken of my wife when we had first started going out together. (That was 19 years ago.) Needless to say my wife hated these pictures but I love them.
Talk about the memories.
