There's plenty of old women out there.

My father was 60 when he found himself suddenly single. There were about a half dozen women who waited a respectful time(maybe a month) and then let him know he could have all the female companionship he could handle.

From what I observed, as men get older, all they have to do is be interested. A lot of men simply don't want the trouble of a relationship. Health and physical condition are not critical, but a man in good shape has his pick.
