No one needs to know who you couch potatoes are unless you tell us.

Do you do "it"? Do you (drum roll) excercise? I'm not talking about demons, either, I mean honest to god, work up a sweat, out of breath activity. No, sex does not count.

I wake up everyday and say this is going to be the day I will start exercising and eating better. It usually ends about an hour later!

It also seems I can't spell exercise, I mean exorsize, exersyce...you know what I mean. :)

Exercise? Huh?

Used to do it religiously. Then met my husband, got married, and figured, what's the point? Of course, now I look in the mirror and remember why. . . where DID that stomach come from anyway? I'm trying to get back in the habit, but it's slow going...:(

Exersise?

Is that when I have to walk 5 miles to work?

Then ya, I exersise..

I play softball two nights a week but I'm the pitcher. The farthest I run is around the bases and if I have to run between more than two, I can barely breathe when I'm done.

I should exercise more, sitting at a desk all day isn't good for the body.

But I could be in a lot worse shape so I don't get hung up on it. I'm happy with who I am.

Whew... Mistress Honey, you scared me for a moment. Not to mention making me go cross eyed trying to picture that ankle behind the head/split thing.

What discipline to do follow?

I have become the queen of yoga. If you haven't tried it... seriously, consider all the new sexual positions!

I can now put my foot behind my head and do the splits (not at the same time... lol). Besides that, it calms me down and I actually WANT to be nice to people.

YEESSSSS I love yoga! I added yoga to my workout regimine about a year ago, originally just to increase flexibility, but have found so many many other benefits!

I work out everyday, at least once...usually twice. It's the only way I can get to sleep at night.

I ride my exercycle for 30 minutes on the #2 program (the thing has 6 programs, the last 3 are mountains and I'm not there yet) 4-5 times a week, and I do a free weight routine 2-3 times a week. In addition, Manu and I try to go out walking every day for about a half a hour. I've been doing the cycle/weight thingy for about two months now consistently, and I feel good. But I get busy and stop doing it, and it's hard to get back into it once you've stopped. So I'm going to try to stay motivated. I feel better when I'm more active. I have more energy, and I don't feel guilty eating junk food.

Every fucking day of my life!

Yogi is a bear.
Sitting like a contortionist (sp?) a workout?
Give me a fucking break!
TaeBo.
Yeah, that's the ticket.
Billy Blanks is a god!
Who needs Gongfu, Kara-te, or Taekwondo?

The he/she/it kicker!

I speed walk a hilly 1.5 miles every day and play tennis about 3x per week.

My New Years resolution was to get a six pack......so i just started exercising a few weeks ago. Abs are just starting to poke through.

He can even reverse the charges

No, never!! I'm sitting here doing my impression of Jabba the Hut waiting for Richard Simmons to call!!:(

until i hurt my ankle recently... i went running 4 nights a week (i get to again tomorrow :D).. ran about 3 miles in a half hour

now, since i've been out of running for a bit.. i've been doing around 150 to 200 crunches 6 nights a week along with 40 pushups to strengthen the arms....

FEEL THE BURN!!!

750-1000 curls with each arm 4 days straight, 1 day none, 4 days straight, 1 day none...etc.etc.... only a 25 pound weight so its not like im Superman...yet :). Other than that I get all the exercise I need walking to and from the fridge and bathroom.

I run about 5 miles, five days a week. The two days I take off are due to work, I figure I get enough exercise dashing around behind the bar for six hours :)

I do aerobics until I collapse from exhaustion then I eat a family size block of chocolate. Was it Mae West who said that if God meant women to bend over he would put diamonds on the floor?

Exercise...

*SIGH* *MAJOR SIGH*

Through high school I played baseball religiously, and did everything else I could with friends. I'm highly competitive, just ask my wife.

Through college (1 year) I roller bladed everywhere, and stayed in good shape.

Anyhow, this is the first year I have chosen to not play ball because I'm trying to focus on my consulting corporation, but it's killing me. I need to start doing anything to get back in shape because I have about 40 pounds to drop. My wonderful, loving wife says that I'm still sexy, but I certainly don't feel it.

So my answer is "no", but when I do, it's almost every day. I just get an incredible charge out of doing something active.

CRaZy!

You are girl after my own heart! I only like exercise because I can eat whatever I want when I'm doing it religiously. Hershey's, here I come!:D

To answer Mistress Honey's question:

I Yoga!

And I LOVE IT - It has changed my whole outlook on life and my body - it helped me to quit smoking and my body feels so good now I love to be in it! I can't think of a better form of excersize for people of all body types and all ages - And it improves not only the tone of your body but your consciousness about your body and your spiritual connection with the world around you - I highly recommend it to anyone reading this thread who has yet to try it - -

As a sidenote, I am very interested in Tantric sex too, but don't have a lover to share that part of myself with . . .I am interested to hear of others experiences in that way ---
