OK who wants to help understand master slave concept

I am not new to online world and understand world of fetish at a high level not really tried too much for real but 2 things I am interested in for real.

1. Master slave
2. Doctor patient

I want to enact both for real but not sure where to start on this. Help wanted so I dont spend whole life just reading about it lol
