So like all guys, I have those little white bumps/dots in my private area. On my nuts and even some on my shaft. I am sexually active (without a condom, we use KY) with my girlfriend, and I have noticed that I have a couple of these are bigger (almost look like zits. Now I dont always shower after sex, so is it safe to say that these are just zits? When i squeeze it, it oozes like a zit would.
Ok so who can help me out?

ummm, sounds like a sexual transmitted disease to me.i have been known to be wrong before, but it sounds like herpies or either genital warts.I'd go to the dr. if it was me.Might want to take your girlfriend too cause i think it can cause serious health problems for women without treatment.hope i'm wrong...but best to check it out though.men don't get pimples there.

I've heard of this before and read somewhere that it's your sweat glandes that are slightly blocked. So not and STD or anything serious. However to be on the safe side best go see the doc!

One of my partners had HSV from his ex-wife and no...you could not be casually scouring them off. When an outbreak Does occur it is large red postules/blisters that, and I quote "burn into your nuts until you wonder if God wanted you to be a woman" ...end quote. If you can touch them...then they aren't hurting enough to be a herpes outbreak (not an unmedicated one anyway) You might want to consider the idea that you have an allergy or that you have too much oil staying on your skin...i have severely sensitive skin and if I leave lubricant in that area I often develop ingrown hairs and flaky skin....
so I guess I'm just one more person saying...go see your doctor.
