I'd build all sorts of custom furnishings, benches, beds, St. Andrew's Cross, etc... Custom fitted for my Domme and myself, fully adjustable if needed, for each item.

All good suggestions; I'd also add, for those who are into this particular fetish...a "human toilet box" type contraption. Consisting (on a very basic level) of a box with two holes in it, one on the side for the slave's head, and another on top, with which a standard toilet seat can be attached.
