I've considered puting people on ignore (such as d8rape) who have nothing intellegent to add to any conversation, who only make my blood boil and who are an extreme waste of time to respond too.- but I haven't yet. I'd probably have to peak anyway.

I considered puting Pure and or Loving Tongue on ignore, because I always end up getting sucked into these long heated debates that keep me up way past my bedtime.

When I posted about breast feeding problems, and one poster showed extreme ignorance by posting a stupic picture joke, they came mighty close. I checked out there thread and had to fight myself not to reply. Said person wasn't worth it. Didn't put said person on ignore because said person never seemed to apear in any thread I was interested in. Problem solved.

I would never but Hans (GB) on ignore- I find him entirely too entertaining.

I put Svenskaflica on ignore because she called me Sweetn- ha! just kidding.

Maybe if I were on the GB more often, I'd have to make use of this feature. I don't care what there excuse about being 'thick skinned' or whatever is. Some of them (and by no means all) severly press my ability to remain civilized. If I felt I was in danger of being dragged down to there level- I would probably put them on ignore.

I don't have anyone on ignore but I'm on virtual ignore. The way it works is that when they post they quote and refer to other posters but when they refer to any relevant point by me they give me no credit whatsoever, just 'someone said' or 'the point was made that...' Makes me smile. A lot.
