We just kick every body that is in adminsistration of businesses colleges schools, etc.

And rehire the positions based on education and skills pertenant to the job.

then with these new adminsitrrators there job is to hire new employees, accept students based on thier merit and skills for the course signed up for.

In schools, colleges and universities students will be passed if they gain the pertenant education and skills required.

We won't look at the students as a person male, female white, green, red, blue brown black, they will simply be put into a computer and given a number for the enrollment administrator to accept or reject. so it is merely an acedemic record that they are accepting and rejecting.
