Ok I got my Av but....

I tried to enlarge it for you. If you make it any bigger than it is, you lose most of the detail and eventually it looks like alot of splotchy colors...do you have anything else you could use?

I finally got my AV but it's small...how do I get it to the size it should be?

It's much easier to shrink pictures for an avatar than it is to enlarge a thumbnail sized pic.

If you can find a full sized version of the pic, attach or link it here, and I (or someone else) will resize it down to avatar size for you in no time at all.

Thanks u2 but I got one that I like better and it's a perfect size!! Thanks for the help though!! :)

What's all this about enlargement. I can't and won't. AV would that be audio visual? i'm in the television business so i guess i am both A and V. This my first time on these boards, so excue me if i'm striking the wrong tone. i'm almost 6-6 200lbs blue eyes and live in new york city, all of which may be entirely irrelevant.

AV is short for "avatar" meaning the small picture you can add under your name after 100 posts. Most look best if you can push the 150x150 pixel size limit. EB's first avatar was only 80 pixels or so and very hard to see but didn't have enough detail at that size to nearly double it's size.
