Last night I stopped at Platform Beer Co. and had a couple with a daughter - this one was the highlight:

Dieu du Ciel Aphrodisiaque Nitro
Stout · 6.5 ABV · Brewed by Dieu du Ciel

Nitrogenated Black ale with aromas and flavours of vanilla, dark chocolate, bourbon and roasted malt. The vanilla and cocoa marry nicely, without out-competing each other, to produce a surprisingly well balanced beer. This beer is mildly hoppy, but the cocoa introduces a touch of bitterness. Its colour may be intimidating, but it is a very smooth beer within reach of most beer drinkers. This highly appreciated dessert beer is brewed with organic fair-trade cocoa and first rate vanilla beans.

With two daughters now living in that neighborhood now and within walking distance of Platform, it's become our go-to spot. It's a good all-about-the-beer type place.

I need to look into the canning line thing . . . .

lucky you. they are on my list I've heard good things. I'm currently on a hold of getting anymore new beer there's a good 50 new beers in my fridge if not 75 and some of them 4 to 5 week old ipas that need drank. ugh. and I have a beer trip to dayton first weekend of june. it's not gonna get any better.

I just poured out some Christmas beers that didn't look the least bit appetizing.
 
Haven't watched a single Cavs game and there is a strong possibility they are going to get the sweep.
Anyone else enjoying the sun?
