Winter doldrums . . . . Brother in law and I are going to fight them by driving town to Akron on Saturday to visit Hoppin' Frog and get lunch there. If we can't find enough tasty stuff there to satisfy us there, then we'll stop by Thirsty Dog on the way back.

Also.. have you seen spindoctor on your shelves? Its a hard rootbeer (like 10.7 abv) made locally in akron. They only can. No tasting room... it was fucking fantastic.

According to their site. It's sold at a place where I get lunch sometimes. I went there today and they didn't have any. When I find it, I want to make a rootbeer float with it.

It was fantastic... I hadnt heard of it..I had it and not your father's rootbeer at the beer fest.
im thinking I may hit toledo fest in march since I canceled my plans for next weekend.
