The ten dudes are ALREADY filthy rich. That's how they can afford to set this up and advertise as much they are. They are not doing this because of some altruistic or compassionate reason. It's because they can get the exclusive right to do business in the state, just like the casino owners did. They can earn a huge return on their investments and any other competition is excluded by law. It's quite the scheme. It's why the top 1%, stay the top 1%.
