Well I hope everyone is staying warm this week. It sure seems fall is here. I am wondering if there is anyone in the dayton area that can give me some info on the night life. I am down here gettting my new place cleaned up before I move and need to find some relaxation.

Born and raised Michigander....

Didn't even go to UofM and most of the time I don't even watch the game but a lot of people in both states take it very seriously.

For instance....The Cabelas store up here has a mounted wolverine on display. His head is facing Ann Arbor and his ass faces Ohio......

mfs, that is funny. I'm not a big football fan. I do of course like watching the tight ends but I don't think that is part of the game Now my ex-brother-in-law was a big Ohio State fan so last night my little neice had on an Ohio State shirt. But when it comes down to it... I usually root for the underdogs. If I'm around a room full of men rooting for one team I will root for the other team just to get them riled up. I'm sweet that way!

I went to Youngstown State when Jim Tressel was Head Coach there ... gotta stand by the man who gave YSU its 4 National Championships, ya know...

Especially, since the first championship was the same day on my degree

Well this year I will be cheering for Ohio State. Just found out that UofM has told there sponsors that if they donate moeny to the Scouts, UofM will no longer do business with them. Since I am a Scoutmaster and Webelo Leader UofM can "be prepared" to kiss my ass.

I wonder what the deal is with that though? You would think there would a lot of people ticked off about that. I know a few scout leaders here that would really be ticked off if they lived up there!

It all stems back to the whole gay issue in scouts. UofM is so politically correct that they can pass judgement on everyone else.

So many people want to pass judgement these days. I know I do sometimes and kick myself later for it. I try to remind myself that I am no better then or no less then those around me. Seems maybe they need a gentle (or not so gentle) reminder of that.
