Ohio and New Mexico Sign Concealed Carry Reciprocity Agreement

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and New Mexico Department of Public Safety Cabinet Secretary Gorden E. Eden, Jr. have signed an agreement that permits reciprocity between their states for citizens who have valid concealed carry permits.

In Virginia, you don't need a CCP. In fact, there's no such thing as a CCP in Va. If a man wants to put a gun down his pants, it's his god given right to do so.

Nope... As I have no plans on going to Kansas, I find the law more amusing than worrisome. On the plus side, when the old blind man shoots the intruder no one will be able to say he is racist.

You must attend classes for a gun permit in Kansas. I doubt the blind would pass the test.

My guess is that it is just a general safety class, with no test at the end. When I lived in Florida that was all my wife had to do. If you have a DD214 you are exempt from the class. So, even better you have some old blind vet running around with a 1911 .45ACP down his pants. Awesome!
