Oh, those anonymous trolls

Hearkening back to the "nasty comments" thread addressing those lovely anonymous negative critiques authors get, I received one recently. The reviewer admonished me for not knowing my female anatomy. This is not the first comment of that nature I've received for my incest/taboo work. Golly, either I don't know my way around a woman's pussy, or perhaps I fail at anatomical description.

Years ago, comments like that pissed me off and, yes, hurt my feelings/made me angry. This morning, sipping coffee and enjoying the first light of day, I just chuckled and tried to imagine the person who would leave that kind of criticism. I considered deleting the comment, but decided against it.

The point of this post? To reinforce that those of you who are brave enough to write and submit a story of any type to this website deserve kudos. It's easy to shit on someone's work, but perhaps these anonymous trolls should try writing their own? Give it a shot. I suspect many have. Let's compare our work.

My two cents. Let's all have a good day :).

You can turn off anonymous comments. Shining a light on their Literotica identity will stop the bashers from being brave enough to write their poison.

Nah. I did for a while, but I also receive positive anonymous comments. All writers must deal with this, no doubt.
