Oh Que!

I think I found it....now I just have to grow some balls and do it.

Shall I chant, "Do it! Do it! Do it!" to help encourage you? :)

You've got violet hair! How many more balls do you need? I bet it'll look great.

Hi ladies. :)

What style have you picked out, Jezzi?
Also: violet hue? And we didn't see any pictures?

:)

I'm blaming net nanny and my lack of discovery skills on how to exclude my comp. I can only get on lit via my phone right now and it's a pain in the butt. When I get it cut I will definitely post pix and I think this is going to happen as soon ands tomorrow while the kids are in school.

Let's see if I can link the one I like so far ... failed.

Can you believe .... I was left in charge of not only my bosses business for the past week but also his three children ranging in age from 5 to 11? No one was injured, there were no tears she'd because they missed their larents, and the boys in the crew not only listened but came to me for all decision making processes. I didn't even burn the house down.

Tomorrow I will finish off a huge clean out and hit the dr for a CT scan on my fot. My Dr fixed my ankle and then I found a lump that became two a couple weeks later. We couldn't see it on an xray s we are taking the next step.

Did you ingest those C batteries you borrowed from your toy? Seriously woman, how do you stay chipper and have all this energy after a week like that!
You'd have to mop me off the floor.

Hope the CT scan goes well. :rose:

Well, my 3 days in Hong Kong was 'interesting'- and expensive, mainly because of New Year. Luckily I managed to fly to Shenzhen, get over the border and down into HK where I got a hotel room in Tsim Sha Tsui in the one day. Got my Z visa from the Chinese embassy in Wan Chai - overnight express processing. Picked it up yesterday morning then the Metro all the way back to the border then back into China, another subway train to the airport at Shenzhen, flew back last night.

Tired today but relieved that visa run has been done.

How did the CT turn out?
Oh, and if I were your boss, I'd give you a raise. But I'm not, unfortunately.

Probably not Valentine's Day yet for some of you, but it is the 14th here.

So kisses for the ladies!:kiss::kiss::kiss::kiss::kiss::kiss::kiss:

and as many red roses as I can give before I reach the limit of my emoji's.

Thanks Calli! So far so good. It's bone and not tumors so I will find out more on the 22nd.

Lol Gypsy! As long as I get a few hours sleep I am good to go. Boss is back so I can unclench now. The kids were good, the short one told her mom I brush her hair better....

So happy you are finally getting this settled!

I think I give him more raises than he gives me... ;)

HAPPY VD EVERYONE! *teehee*

Happy VD to you, too, Jezz!

I hope life is treating you well, I don't have time to read all I've missed!

Life's good Liz... Had a little let down last night but I am fully recovered and back to my silly self today! How are things in your world?

Sorry about your let down. :rose: I am all too familiar with those.

My world is crazy as always! Started a new job last week. I hope they can withstand my madness. :D

Congratulations! I hope you love it. I am sure they will love you!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this one. I envy you how much you love yours. You are very lucky. :)

I just got my bachelor's degree...and I am doing manual labor in a job that has nothing to do with my degree. And I do love it. It exhausts me but I am very happy with it.

I have a useless Bachelor's degree! Fortunately, my nursing degrees make up for it. :D

What is yours in?

I would never say my Bachelor and later Master (of Arts) degrees have not been useless, even though I am not using the actual subjects I learned.

The extremely transferable skills I learned from the process involved in getting the degrees: the writing of essays, reading and analysing information from various sources, oral presentations, etc prepared me well for my career: teaching in China.

I know I need to catch up and reply to some posts (I am sorry and I will) but I need to vent right nkw. I just read a copy of my mom's report from her echocardiogram and the dr told her it was good. The report says they could not visualize a majority of her heart, ventricles, and other things they were looking at. And then it goes on to say they used IV contrast for clearer images. She never had an IV. I am so pissed

They don't sound very thorough. I had some heart issues not that many years ago. I've had echocardiograms. I don't understand your mother's report. On the other hand, if the doctor said it was good, I assume her heart function is good.

You and me both. I am so frustrated and she is just not listening!!

Is she still up north? It sounds like she needs a thorough check up. On the other hand, she doesn't need what you have.

I would not want to be anywhere near her right now. She is finally over whatever it was she has had since November!
