After resisting change for 4 years I finally have a new model phone. It was only capable of 3G and my provider only gave 5 gigabytes of high speed. The new provider is 10 dollars a month more and unlimited high speed data. However their idea of high speed data is a pretty slow speed. when it works it is much faster but it's not hardly working alright. I can't get on the play store to download apps before it times out. my tethering app does not work on this model phone either what was the whole reason that I hung on the old droid and did not update the software. Very not happy.

What does a tethering app do?

Apparently, something that is not needed with my new phone and plan. My old plan would not allow me to use my phone as a mobile hotspot. This one does. I'm still not happy with the speed. Says 4G and about 3 bars but t lags a lot.

It was a smart phone, just with 4+ year old software. This one is slower than my old phone and provider when I had run out of high speed data. Low speed data on the old setup was faster. This is practically unusable.

Oh dear one. Is it pain killers! Lack of activity? Drinking enough water? Eating heathy foods?

Is the pain bad? Are you sleeping better now? ( I have already had comments on my golden avatar)

I am glad you are enjoying it, I was up all night last night and not a creative ounce of juice in my body.

I think lack of sleep is the reason I have a headache today. It has gotten better, but still not great.

My ankle on the other hand is better. I am waiting longer between pain meds, which makes me very happy cuz I really kind of hate them.

I have just finished the work I do in the morning ( late....its horrid slow feeling weather and I feel horrid and slow) and I have had a hot cup of water and lemon and rosemary and then decided it was a morning for coffee too.

Lack of sleep for your head, but also, remember, your body is used to your activity, and the sitting is a big change. Being sedentary can it itself be a little headache inducing for a fit, active body used to activity.

Today is one of my favourite days of the week, my yoga practise away from home.

I need to begin yoga and meditation again...I have time for it right now! Elle have I told you how much I look forward to your posts. You are such a positive energy that it makes me happy whenever I see them... a rare thing on the GB

Michael is in china . And poet is asleep I hope,

He is and timezones make conversing with him challenging at times, but I enjoy his company... I see pensive made an appearance!

Hi pensive!! Welcome back and stay tuned I just found a HORRIBLE, ummm can't even call it a poem... little ditty I wrote tons long ago... I found an old notebook. I tend to jot down rambling thoughts. I don't even know who this was about, but I will share it in a minute and we can all have a good laugh.

By the way, I am on crutches. Get your own cheetos and soda! And while you are up, will you grab me some pineapple and a bottle of water, pretty please?

This is hill larry us!

So I just found an old notebook and I was flipping through the pages, I like to write and I like to write in long hand, not type. So I don't remember who this was for even but it is so freakin' bad that I was laughing and thought my friends in the Oh Que thread would get a kick out of this lame attempt and mellifluous words.

Things like this pop into my head and once written down they are gone.

Here goes.

The smile on my face
was put there in place
