I will probably be flamed for this but, in my opinion, there was NO VICTIM, although there was apparently a violation of the law. The boy probably had fun, and he will gain face with his contemporaries. Even the girls, who will think he is a hot dude for getting it on with a sexy teacher.

That is what I was thinking. A girl was asking an older woman for advice. The harm being? She needed someone to talk to and she found it. Hell, it might have just been idle chit-chat and nothing serious. Sex and relationships is just something people talk about.
