Why not? He is offering to save us the effort of two trials, 30 appeals of both every procedure and of the sentence. 10 to 20 years of psychiatric tests and trials and appeals of every result.

I'd take his guilty plea, put him in the worst prison in the state and forget about him.

And end of the day this should be about justice and these people getting that justice for their lost loved ones, not what "we" think.

In the past year, my state has legalized gay marriage, allowed casinos, approved the Dream Act giving children of illegals in-state tuition, and outlawed the death penalty.

It's a great time to live in the Free State.
