OOC: Shorter then normal; I've got more in mind though

What was a few seconds seemed like an eternity, as he heard her voice from behind the door, just before it opened. "Looks like you get this-" She held out a five dollar bill, clearly not for Adam as she recoiled at the sight of him, paling a bit.
"What the hell are you doing here?," she hissed.
"Some people are concerned about you." he smirked. "And I wanted to make sure you didn't...tell anyone about your weekend activities."
"I didn't say anything, I swear!" The redhead shook her head, gritting her teeth in visible anger. "Everyone thinks I'm a drunken whore because of you-!"
Adam pushed his way past her into her room defiantly; staying in the hallway was dangerous for him as he pushed the door shut behind him. "Well, I wouldn't put it that way. They think you drink a lot, maybe." Again, the teasing, inciting smile on his face. "The whore part, well, might be more of a judgment call-"
The defiance he sensed in her rasied his ire, and his stare bore down into her. "Your 'boyfriend' asked me to talk to you, so I'm here to make sure that happens. He thinks I might be able to...help calm you down." Another pointed look. "So you're going to come meet me during my office hours on Wednesday."
His eyes were drawn to the five dollar bill still clenched in her hand. "What's that for?" He ignored her statement, letting the question linger before he grabbed her arm, yanking her hair back. "Answer me, Becky. You were expecting someone else...who was it?"
