Odd stats

How do you know what ratings have been left or when your story has last been rated? Or is it just guesswork from the rating?

Rough memory is all I use. I gave up on keeping a spreadsheet after my twentieth or so submission - too much info to track down to the nth degree. If I really want to know, I can reverse engineer movements in the scores to get an idea of the latest votes. It's simple maths.

Is your story still getting unexpectedly high traffic? The past weekend, traffic on LIt seemed to be rather heavy, so I was curious how or if that affected what you were seeing.

Is your story still getting unexpectedly high traffic? The past weekend, traffic on LIt seemed to be rather heavy, so I was curious how or if that affected what you were seeing.

High traffic on the one story has continued, but is slowing down. After the 522 on Sunday it's 331 yesterday and 227 today, but still far above any of my others. This story does seem to get waves every now and then, peaking over a few days, then returning to the same range as the others, but this last wave has been bigger and longer than the previous ones. Doesn't seem to be affecting the rating or getting any comments though.

Only the forum moderator or the site administrator can delete posts. All you can do is edit the duplicate post - as you have done.
