My wife and I did this on the last night of a cruise. We role play all the time and have done many as siblings.

All week we had sat with the same people at dinner, so this time we go to the late dinner and sit with people we hadn't met before.

We introduce ourselves as brother and sister and as dinner goes on we became increasingly affectionate with each other including a few very quick kisses. We were getting some pretty funny looks and that got even better after dinner when my wife announced, "Come on, let's go back to the room."

I asked why we had to go and she replied, "Because your's big sister's horny, now let's go."

See, that's easy. Everybody else in the story are explicitly screwing relatives. Incest readers can get all the mother-fucking, father-sucking, sibling-diddling etc action they want, and can laugh at the poor 'straights', Bob and Carole.

Let's call the gated community Luxor Palms, hinting at Egyptian pharaohs marrying their sisters. LP's secret covenants mandate that only close kin in sexual relationships (and with piles of money) may reside there. Bob and Carole want in because it's exclusive, nifty, and public fucking is permitted, nay, expected, but only among family members. In the clothing-banned recreation areas a woman can and should fuck her son and/or father but not her neighbor -- unless her uncle or brother live next door.

For drama, some resident suspects B&C are NOT really bro+sis and seeks to reveal them. For a nice twist, it turns out that B&C actually ARE siblings, separated in infancy, raised far apart, meeting by chance. Cue the Happy Ever After ending. Watch the Incest-Taboo votes pour in. Yes!

Yeah they want the real deal in incest and there would be a squick factor in other categories.

Then again, I think it was Sean Renaud who posted a group sex story where an older and younger lesbian couple posed as mother/daughter during a threesome with a guy. He put it in group and it didn't go over badly at all.

But it might depend on how much of the focus is on the 'incest talk' if its really over the top it might get flamed.
