I had one in mind somewhat similar. Triplets, as identical as possible, but the girls hated having a brother. They had to wait and plot, but once they were out on their own (college, whatever), they hatched it and commenced to turn brother into third sister.

There could certainly be some sexual resentment back story there too (though I would not go in the direction of any sissification, of my many kinks, that is not one of them). Perhaps years ago the brother snitched on both sisters for being on the pill without parental--specifically paternal--permission.
