Tortillas in place of bread. All of my sandwiches are really more burritos, only with deli meat, cheese, mustard, and mayo.

I'm not a big fan of tamales, though making them is fun. Making sushi is fun, too, but you'll not find me eating it.

Divers delight, made it when diving on Cape Cod all the time.

Fresh caught or speared Tautag. Filet it as soon as you get it on the boat. Cut into this, (very thin,) slices, wash with seawater. Toss on just a touch of Tabasco Chipotle Sauce, roll, and eat. Tasty. (Also the only way I'll eat raw fish. I know it's fresh.)
